Hub City Invitational Championships was first hosted in 2004.  The intent was to follow the Poff’s example in Gulf Breeze who hosted Gulf Coast Championships for many years.  With their help, Hub City Invitational Championships grew and eventually became Northwest Florida Champions in 2013.  Also in 2013 we started the Northwest Florida Champions where all advanced and black belts could compete in three different tournaments.  The person in each division with the most points would win the title for that year.

For the 2015 season, we’re only going to do two tournaments with January 31 and May 16.  After that, we’ll be back to crown the 2016 Champion with three tournaments being hosted in October 2015, January/February 2016, and May 2016.
